Federico Mata is person dedicated to showing the human condition in many of its forms, most notably at their weakest. With experience in many short films, this is Federico’s first directorial debut. Heavy on the art fare of filmmaking, but not pushing it, his films are meant to change perceptions on regular thought.

Zapatos Locos Productions Incorporated was founded on the independent spirit of making and producing films based on the human condition. With the stupefaction and insulting films that big Hollywood studios keep pumping out, a new order must be set. It becomes necessary to be thought provoking and different, asking questions and describing our world, our films are based on just that: Change. Change is good. Our goal is to make change in thought and person. By making visual and aural experiences that enhances both mind and soul, we can go places that no one else can touch, and that is our imagination.

So come with us to a journey that I know you want to share. Anyone can achieve anything one wants; the question of course, is how much you want it.

ZLP Productions Inc. is located in the Santa Clarita Valley in Southern California. About forty miles away from downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood, and about twenty miles away from Burbank, the Santa Clarita Valley is far enough from the noise, but close enough to hear it.
